Establishment of Subversive Front

On 3 July 2013 the Association for critical approach to gender and sexuality - Subversive Front, Skopje was founded.
The association works on promotion of a critical, non-patriarchal approach to gender and sexuality, on opening a non-homophobic debate for the rights of the people that do not identify with the dominant heteronormative values, on policies and strategies for creating a favourable social and political climate for these people, as well as on creating an organic and organised queer and LGBTI community that would be motivated for an active participation in the campaign and the fight for equal rights.
The seat of the association is located at "Venijamin Machukovski", 1A-1/13, municipality Aerodrom, Skopje, and it has over 17 members so far.
The founders of the association are Viktorija Anastasova, Blagorodna Apostolovska, Denica Apostolovska, Luka Ivanov, Andrea Krajevska and Antonio Mihajlov, and the President of the association is Antonio Mihajlov. For members of the Executive Board were selected Blagorodna Apostolovska, Dragana Drndarevska, Luka Ivanov, Antonio Mihajlov and Lina Kjostarova - Unkovska.
